Physician:

Health Care Associates offers physicians seeking practice opportunities a variety of supportive services designed to facilitate their career search process. Some of which include:

  1. The team of HCA recruiters through their personal clients, augmented by an ever expanding group of affiliates throughout the country, offer physicians in all specialties exposure to a large number of exceptional career positions.
  2. When opportunities are not immediately available in the geographic area the physician is seeking, HCA recruiters will often conduct an exclusive targeted search on behalf of the physician.
  3. We are committed to providing physicians the support services that will result in a successful search. Toward that end, we offer critiquing of curriculum vitae’s, interviewing techniques, negotiation strategies, compensation surveys, information on medical licensing boards, etc.
  4. Personal assistance with travel arrangements for interviews to include air travel, hotel, car rental, directions and with the interview itinerary.
  5. Upon return from the HCA-sponsored interview, all candidates will be contacted and informed of the all important post-interview feedback.

 

Physician Employer

HCA consultants will provide clients comprehensive and professional search services and for a very competitive fee. Our consultants have been trained in the utilization of the most effective search techniques possible to ensure you are presented with the most qualified candidates possible. Clients can expect the following:

  1. A thorough review of the position specifications and to ensure key components are in place prior to the commencement of the search.
  2. Upon commencement of the search, the consultant will query the HCA in-house data base for prospective candidates, in addition to communicating with members of our network alliance for viable candidates.
  3. HCA maintains an active and effective sourcing approach to physician recruitment that includes telemarketing, advertising, direct mail, referrals and Internet interfacing.
  4. HCA will do everything possible to identify pre-qualified candidates and in a timely manner.
  5. HCA will provide initial background and reference checks on each physician candidate receiving an offer. Final background and reference checks should be completed by the client.
  6. Clients will receive a guarantee of three (3) months for all physicians from date of practice commencement.
  7. For purposes of retention, our consultants periodically communicate with physicians that are recruited by our clients.
